Changing lives, One heart at a time.
Warm Line for Korean Americans
Warm Line is an emotional support service for Korean Americans, providing a safe space to share feelings, seek guidance, and find comfort. It is designed to address unique challenges Korean Americans face in daily life, such as cultural stigma around mental health, intergenerational gaps, and the stress of living in a multicultural environment.
Warm Line serves as a bridge toward understanding the heart, with the primary purpose of listening to and empathizing with those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.
Our team of trained volunteers and professionals, fluent in both Korean and English and deeply aware of cultural dynamics, offers compassion and support in the language each person feels most comfortable using.

Why the Warm Line is Vital
Mental health remains a stigmatized topic in the Korean American community, often causing people to hesitate in seeking help. Feelings of shame, fear of judgment, or lack of accessible resources can prevent individuals from addressing their struggles. Warm Line works to break down these barriers by normalizing conversations around mental health and providing immediate, low-pressure support.
Who Can Benefit?
Warm Line is open to all Korean Americans who need someone to talk with, including:
- Individuals overwhelmed by stress, loneliness, or cultural pressures
- Families experiencing intergenerational or cultural conflicts
- Youth and students facing academic stress or identity challenges
- Seniors struggling with isolation or feelings of loss
